WHY RAIN?

Why the people of Odisha state should get worried for rain? Last year there was draught in the state, still then the state had bumper crop(FCI-data) and the CM was also felicited for his effort.The state got millions of rupees as draught releif from centre.This year if Odisha gets good rain it may produce record harvest and would export the highest quantity of food grains to 3rd World.The rain God knows that this state could produce bumper crop amidst draught hence the clouds have slowly moved towards Andhra Pradesh.
