EGGS ARE GOOD FOR YOU !

EGGS:

The nutritional values of all the eggs now available in the market are not the same. In our Indian market eggs are kept in open spaces hence degrade fast. The eggs kept out side in open spaces in bright sunlight lose the protein fast. Next time you buy eggs see to it that they are fresh. Keeping old eggs in your fritz does not make them fresh! Boiled eggs are always better than fried eggs or omelette. We produce cholesterol in our body irrespective of how much you eat. Do not blame eggs for your cholesterol. Senior citizen must consume at least three eggs a week if they are not taking mutton, chicken or fish. One egg has only 75 calories but 7 grams of high-quality protein, 5 grams of fat, and 1.6 grams of saturated fat, along with iron, vitamins, minerals, and carotenoids. The egg is a powerhouse of disease-fighting nutrients like lutein and zeaxanthin. It’s your drinking habits and snacks in club and bar which is responsible for your bad lipid profile not eggs!Earlier doctors used to frightened their patients with the hazards of eating eggs now they say just the opposit.
