5pm: tea or coffee with a biscuit./lemon juice.
8PM: boiled or germinating pulses with tomato cutting in small piece. NO DEEP FRIED SNACKS.
9-11PM: dinner: TWO CHAPATI (OR 1-TANDOORI ROTI), BOILED VEG/or a fish40grams, DAHI. Drink a glass of water few minutes before lunch and dinner which will defuse your appetite.
Those who want to take rice (40grams) can have rice provided they had Roti during lunch. You can have chicken, fish, or egg twice a week (40grams).NO FRIED FOOD PLEASE,better have baked or micro oven cooked food.
SAY NO TO COLD DRINKS, FAST FOOD, ICE CREAMS, PRAWN, LASSHI, and SWEETS.BEER ONLY 300ml or one peg hard drinks twice a week. BETTER STOP HARD DRINKS.DEGRADATION PRODUCTS OF ALCOHOL ARE INJURIOUS TO THE BODY SPECIALLY POOR LIVER.
YOU MUST DRINK WATER IF YOU FEEL THIRSTY< NO WATER IMMEDIATELY AFTER FOOD. Drinking 5 to 6 liters of water is simple madness, does more harm than good to your system.
TRY FROM TOMORROW AND SEE THE RESULT.TELL YOUR WIFE /HUSBAND THAT NOT TAKING FOOD DOES NOT MAKE ONE WEAK IF ONE’S MENTAL STRENGTH IS HIGH.DOING EXERCISE WILL MAKE YOU HUNGRY AND LOSING WEIGHT WILL BE DIFFICULT, WALKING IS GOOD PROVIDED YOU HAVE A NICE PARK NEAR BYE.STREET WALKING IS RISKY< YOU MAY DIE BECAUSE OF RTA>REMEMBER THERE IS NO SHORT CUT TO LOSING WEIGHT. DO NOT GO BY THE ADVERTISEMENTS AND BOOK TEACHING.YOU MUST STOP EATING TO LOSE WEIGHT.
