The selection process for the post of president of India has become a big joke.One party says they would like to have a lady(as if with the present one we have was enough) as a Presidential candidate, another party wants a Muslim to be a president,a third combination says they would like to have a tribal President,Another group of politicians want a Christian to be a President of India.May be another group would like to have a black person as President of India.Another group would like to have the first blind president in the world.Where this leads us to think, what Winston Churchill said some decades back was right!! Please do not make a mockery of this selection process or totally abolish this post and convert this huge building meant for President to a Museum/ 6* hotel for delegates.
