One must avoid chemotherapy and radiotherapy for certain cancers because its a futile effort to prolong life by few months.They are adeno-carcinoma gall bladder,carcinoma pancreas,glio-blastoma multiforme.retinoblastoma,acute leaukemias in old age,carcinoma breast with multiple secondaries.Remember without removal of the primary tumour in toto rest efforts are of doubtful value.Chemo-
kills more people than the primary tumour. Out of all malignant tumours only 10% are curable(5-yrs life)rest 90% die within a year or two with best efforts.If you have enough black money, then go ahead and treat other wise take opium and lead a less painful life.
