(Click to enlarge)The building of this Siva Temple was started in the year 1842 and completed in 1844, a gift to the people of this locality by a gentleman called Minaketan Das.This temple is situated at the banks of River Budhabalanga.Every year during Siva Ratri a huge Mela takes place near the vicinity of this Temple.The Simuli tree(on the right) is more than a century old.This year the Siva Ratri falls on 24th of February.Its around 30 kilometers from Baripada, the head quarter of Mayurbhanj district of Odisha.If you are a Worshipper of Siva ,you would love to see this place.
