WHEN YOU EAT A MEAL OR SNACK THESE FOLLOWING TASTES IN YOUR MOUTH IS A MUST FOR YOUR METABOLISM, DIGESTION & ACID BASE BALANCE IN YOUR BODY.
1. SWEET FOOD IN ODIYA MITHA
2. SALTY FOOD IN ODIYA NUNIYA
3. SOUR FRUITS IN ODIYA KHATA
4. BITTER VEGETABLES IN ODIYA PITHA
5. GREEN CHILLY IN ODIYA KANCHA LANKA
6. KASHA FRUITS IN ODIYA KASA FALLO
But children and young generation mostly love to eat sweet, salty stuff and avoid eating vegetables which has all these above tastes. By the time they realize it’s too late. Lemon, tomato, orange, curd, and many more fruits which are sour in taste are good for health. Taking a full lemon juice or curd without sugar (Chalha) in a glass of water in empty stomach in the morning will remove your body toxins and prevent sinusitis, running nose and cough and cold. Bitter vegetables are good for prevention of cancers and diabetes. Green chilly contains lots of anti oxidants and vitamin C. Kasha fruits are found in India only and has many herbal properties but it’s not easily available.
