The Health Benefits of Eating Onions:
Now days it has become a fashion (in Odisha) to
order food without onion or garlic? Strange, it’s depriving you of many
benefits, who knows you may die early and your wife/girl friend will be benefitted?
Start eating one raw onion per day with your lunch not dinner and feel the effect!
Why? This is medically proven benefits for centuries. It has nothing to do with
religion? Atleast the foul smell of mouth is replaced with onion or garlic

Reduced risk of gastric cancer, when eating in large quantities;

Reduced risk of blood clots. Note that if the onions are steam-cooked, this
benefit is reduced;
