RATAN PANI

My youngest brother in law Ratan Pani, fondly called Tinchudu expired last night after a massive heart attack, he was 49 years.He was the editor of Indian Express Sambalpur Zone.A very helpful person with excellent sense of humor.Out of four brother he was the youngest.He lost his elder brother few months back.He has donated his body to VSSMedical college, Burla.
