Bhubaneswar city is hyped as a smart city but in reality its not so.There is no traffic rules, mafias run the state.Poorly maintained roads with plenty of speed breakers and humps.With slightest of rain the roads get converted in to canals

After his long stint of more than 30 years in IGH, Rourkela as a physician, he's now settled at Bhubanswar. Sanjoy is currently working as a consultant physician in Ayush Hospital, Bhubaneswar and has plunged deep into social and medical commentaries along with writting short stories both in Oriya and English.
