FUEL PRICE IN INDIA AND THE PUBLIC REACTION?

CARS & PETROL PRICE:

                If you just stand at the roadside in Bhubaneswar you may find a large size car in every five cars which pass bye. We say everybody has a small family, then why this American style of large cars? Status symbol—one may presume. The money collected from the taxpayers through petrol-diesel will again come back for distribution during election time and the same “B” will be back in power? Majority of politicians are interested for themselves. Wearing white dress does not mean anything regarding corruption and character of a politician. Wearing a khaddar dress does not mean he or she is a patriotic or concerned for the common man. We the citizens are fools that part is clear for our politicians. Our system is wrong. People have realized that money is the super power in every field of life. If you have money a broad day murder may be proved as RTA! Look at the road traffic—how many small cars are there on the road? On one hand we encourage people to take loan and buy big cars and the other hand shout about pollution and fuel price?

                                                             At present system an illiterate person’s vote and a highly qualified citizen’s vote power is the same. If we can develop a system where a person who pays income  tax will carry a voting point of 5,Matriculate-3, graduates 3,postgraduates -Phd-5, and Allied service-8, for under matriculate the point would be 1(one) only. The ATM machines will function as voting machine on that day of election. You just have to introduce your ATM card, and your PAN number will be the pin for voting. The names of political party and candidate will be flashed on the screen. One can vote through from home through PC.A system has to be invented as soft ware for the voting. Others can vote at polling booth if they so like. Our judiciary, vigilance department and police force must act fast and should not be under the Government. Some say, we Indians probably got independence too early? Driving a car and driving it properly is different from driving a car without knowledge about road signs and safety? We got independence but could not run it properly for last 70years or so. Just criticizing one government and bring back more inefficient and corrupt party to power will not result in change nor any transparency. The politicians, film stars, business people, corporate house and brokers are getting richer day by day. It’s the salary disparity which is behind people’s dissatisfaction and crime. Let’s stop shouting about petrol price and diesel and buy a small car or two wheelers. It’s good that the fuel price has gone up. People have money hence they ride cars, let them pay a price for luxury. I have one question for the new generation—they are happy with the court’s green signal for unnatural sex extramarital affairs, and living together but they should also come out of their comfort zone and start a revolution to outstate the corruption, from every field of life. It’s their parents who paid their black money in crores to get their substandard sons or daughters in different educational institutes. The corruption begins at home not in assembly?
